Courses Information: MA Sociology Distance Learning is a postgraduate social science course. social science includes a comprehensive and thorough study of social science as a discipline at a complicated level. It includes the study of stratification, social relations, culture, social interaction, etc. MA Sociology Distance Learning degree course covers the study of assorted specialized fields of social science similar to Applied social science, Comparative social science, Cultural social science, Collective Behavior, Crime and Delinquency, Community and sociology. Broadly, M.A. in social science degree course is that the study of society. The time duration of the course is 2 years and also the curriculum is split into four semesters.

It is a social knowledge that uses various methods of empirical investigation and critical analysis to develop a body of knowledge about social command, acceptance, and change. Many sociologists aim to conduct research that may be applied directly to social policy and welfare, while or focus primarily on refining the theoretical understanding of social processes.

Eligibility: Master of Arts (Sociology) can be gained by anyone who has passed their Bachelors Degree in Arts from a reputed university or college.
