The duration of Diploma in Labor Law in India is of three years. There is a total of six semesters that need to be completed after which the diploma is provided. The diploma also makes the student eligible to directly take admission to the second year of bachelor’s program of labor law.
In order to be eligible for admission to the diploma of Labor Law, the student should pass some requirements. He or she should have passed his tenth-year SSLC Examination successfully with an aggregate of 33% marks in each subject. The average tuition fee lies between 40,000 INR to 1 Lakh INR
